At the beginning of quarantine, I started to binge a reality cooking show called “Top Chef”. While watching this, I got inspired to start cooking more extravagant meals. These meals were typically an appetizer, entree, side, and dessert. I would have meals based around one culture, and would challenge myself to make these within 2 hours. I found cooking as a great way to help my mental health because it was so relaxing and a great way to relieve balled up stress. Now, I have grown a lot in cooking and I think it is one of the biggest positives during the pandemic.
