I retired from my job a few years ago and was wondering how things would change when it’s my husband’s turn.
Once the pandemic got bad enough, my husband took leave time off from work because he is diabetic and at high risk for becoming very ill if he was to catch Covid-19.
It’s been 2 months and things are going surprisingly well. We each have our own hobbies and we have been completing many home improvement projects. I’d say that the pandemic gave us the chance to see what retirement life will be like, and we found that we are just fine with it.
