I have just found how to improve myself at work.

The fact that our university transferred from a physical classroom set up to a virtual one is a big leap for all of us teachers. It was daunting at first and the computer seems to be intimidating. But realizing that I no longer commute through heavy traffic each day gave me enough time to contemplate on how I am supposed to teach my students with the technology we have. It made me rethink of all the ways I engage my students and begin to see flaws. Now I’ve become more concerned, more personal, and less haggard. True I work harder now that I have to balance house duties with my work online, but being with my family more made me feel human again and it helped me get closer to my students even if they are only seen on my computer screen.
