Even though I lost opportunities, people, and abilities, I found some new relationships and hobbies as well. Over the summer, I became a certified scuba diver. It took a lot of time to prepare. I had to do somewhere around 10 hours of online reading and quizzes, but I could be wrong on that number. I also gained a very close relationship with my dad as well as my sister. My dad and I have spent a lot of time together throughout quarantine watching movies and playing games. My sister and I have spent a lot of time in the car together throughout quarantine going for drives which made us grow very close. I also played a lot of games and watched a lot of movies with her. I got even closer with my brother too. We spent a lot of time together messing around and playing video games. He became my best friend when I couldn’t see anyone else. I learned how to play backgammon as well. I learned it during the summertime and I have been playing it a lot. I have gotten pretty good at it and I find it to be a good pastime and fun.
