The freedom to feel and express feelings that living alone offers because I’ve had to move in with the family to wait out the lockdown. I have also lost the pleasure of taking long walks alone and the ability to hold my own shape which solitude offers. Sharing living spaces with others has its own benefits but for me privacy, independence and space trumps most of them.
