the ability to be social, participate in sports, attend in person school, physical activity, go surfing/ the beach, and my friends became more distant

During the early stages of COVID-19 I had no idea what I was going to do with everything closing down. Everything I would normally do outside of my house became unavailable. Some of the things that I lost in the over a year of COVID-19 include the ability to be social, participate in sports, attend in person school, physical activity, go surfing/ the beach, and my friends became more distant. All these things affected my life a lot, making me sad, bored, and frustrated with the current situation and being limited to my house.
