I am a third year at Ohio State University, and was planning to study and work abroad this summer in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am a history major, plan to get my Masters in Museum Studies, and hope to work as a history curator one day. This study abroad program was a Museum Studies internship where I would take classes for one month and have a museum internship placement the second month. I am so devastated by the cancellation of my program, not only because this was likely my last chance to accomplish my lifelong goal of studying abroad, but also because this program was a perfect match for me and a stepping stone to help me accomplish my post-grad and career goals.
